Mandeep holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Panjab University and has a proven track record of leadership in roles such as Academic Manager at Flinders International College, Course Coordinator at ZIE, and Trainer and Assessor at Acquire Learning. She has also contributed as a Content Developer and Resource Writer for Swinburne University of Technology, where she developed digital content and assessment tools for online delivery, ensuring alignment with regulatory and training package requirements.

Gourav Sharma is an accomplished Instructional Designer and Resource Writer with over a decade of industry experience in hospitality, retail, and vocational education. Gourav’s career in hospitality has seen him excel in roles such as head chef, sous chef, chef de partie, and kitchen team leader, working in a variety of successful commercial establishments across Melbourne. He has played a key role in setting up new restaurants and developing menus, as well as managing kitchen operations, staff training, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Transitioning his expertise to education, Gourav has spent more than nine years as a Hospitality Trainer and Assessor at institutions such as Sunshine College and TMG College Australia. For the past 15 years, Steve has operated his own training and consulting service, specialising in the automotive retail sector.
